These Terms of Service govern use of Pass the Gravy / Sunday Dinner Worldwide and passthegravyinteractive.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Pickup Orders

Pass the Gravy facilitates pickup food orders. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, order, and pickup information. Estimated preparation and pickup times may change based on kitchen conditions or availability.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices and applicable charges are shown before checkout. An order is treated as paid after successful payment confirmation.

Order Changes and Availability

Menu availability may change. Requested modifications are subject to availability and the food provider's ability to accommodate them. Customers should clearly identify allergies or important dietary restrictions in the special-instructions field, but availability of accommodations is not guaranteed.

SMS and Email Notifications

If you choose SMS/text or email updates, we may send transactional messages about your order, including confirmation, preparation, ready-for-pickup, and completion notices. For SMS, message frequency varies by order and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service as needed. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
